Telos builds simse, an agentic coding assistant used for real software work. The team is small, the surface area is large, and research ships to users quickly. You will have outsized ownership and see your work in production.

We don’t have a public roles board yet. We are generally interested in strong engineers and researchers across systems, ML, and product.
